NVSki.mobi: Make sure to check conditions on your mobile phone or desktop!Lake Tahoe received a bunch of snow overnight, and we’re lucky to have an embedded reporter to help us see how it looked up there.
One of our guys at Travel Nevada, Todd, is a resident at the lake, and took these pictures to show off the snow as it happened and how it is today. It looks like about two feet fell on the valley floor, with more hitting the area’s ski resorts. According to the data feeding to NVSki.mobi Heavenly has 24 inches of fresh snow, Kirkwood has 48 inches of fresh snow, and Northstar received 35 inches of fresh snow.
All in all, this was a great storm for Lake Tahoe, and conditions today and this weekend should be awesome.
