The Boulder City Chamber of Commerce Spring Jamboree 2009 is right around the corner. Spring is a great time of year in Boulder City. Enjoy celebrating it with a fun, family, festival in the park. This year is the 32nd Annual Spring Jamboree and this year will be the largest festival ever.
This fun filled two-day EXTRAVAGANZA brings together skilled artists, great games, fun rides, a street dance, taste tantalizing food vendors from all over the western United States and combines them with many talented entertainers from Boulder City and the Las Vegas Valley. The Pandraggers Car Club expects over 200 cars for the annual Rod Run held in conjunction with Spring Jamboree.
Don’t miss the Quilt Old Town outdoor quilt show or the Antiques and Collectibles show. The rides and entertainment will be top-notch and the Street Dance headliner, Brazzo’s River Band, will have a great country flair. Fall in love with the little people during the annual Little Miss and Mister Boulder City Pageant and the Bark In The Park dog show. The 3-on-3 Basketball tournament will again stir up good sportsmanship in the Recreation Center and the Second Annual Nikki Anderson-Mangin 5 K Run and 1 Mile Walk will again depart the event grounds early Saturday morning.
All of these activities produce a weekend of excitement and over the top family entertainment. With such variety of attractions, all ages and interests are entertained.
