I’m not sure if this could be done any better. Carson City resident Jeff Moser is becoming the local expert on biking in the area. His blog, Bike Carson, is outstanding. Lately, he’s been posting things that we think everyone thinking of hitting the Lake Tahoe or Carson City areas should check out.

Jeff not only details what they did, but he includes tons of photos and links you to his Flickr page where you can see the rest.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the South Shore Room at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe. The 20th Annual Lake in the Sky Air Show takes flight at Lake Tahoe Airport (TVL), Saturday, Aug. 29, featuring some of the world’s top aircraft and aerobatics performers as well as new radio-controlled aircraft demonstration, Navy H-60 Seahawk helicopters and an Air Force C-17 Globemaster static aircraft display.
