My old boss Jack Kelly made this video when we were working at Reno’s KNPB Channel 5 together. We worked on the show Wild Nevada and he got a bunch of the footage for this video from that show. It’s a great way of showing the state and includes the huge range of things you can do here and the range of beautiful things to look at while visiting.

Ed Spear talks about how Fire and Ice came to be and some of the coolest features of the event. We loved the fireworks despite the bitter cold night air. The sound of the fireworks echoing through the canyon was truly unique, and the cannon was a cool addition to the event.
