  • A brand-new 12-unit motel adjacent to Jerry’s Sinclair service station on Highway 93 opened in October 2008.
  • Hansen’s Fine Dining / Pioneer Plaza just refurbished its dining room to accommodate serving breakfast and lunch along with its fine cuisine for dinner

Pioche
  • A new grocery store was opened after 5 years without one!
